Precision Fitness TT (PFTT) was established on March 5, 2012, with the objective of providing a personalised outdoor fitness training service in Trinidad and Tobago.
Our programme is suited to anyone who wishes to stay fit or get in shape. It is designed to develop the overall capabilities of your body by improving your muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance, as well as your flexibility, coordination and balance. The main types of exercises performed are Calisthenics/Body Weight Training, Resistance/Weighted Training and Plyometric Training.

Money well spent! I was concerned about being able to truly benefit / participate fully given that I did not exercise in about 5 years, but the trainers keep me motivated. ..the camaraderie among the participants pushes you to do your best in 3 weeks I'm walking up the stairs more briskly the clothes are feeling a bit slacker. So I'm a believer now #PrecisionFitness is an experience worth having
Thus far my experience has been amazing. What I love most is the push that I get when I feel like giving up just to hear my trainers say "push for it" really motivates me. I already see some of my goals being accomplished. Thanks Pftt and the Eddie Hart trainers.
So far I think this was the best birthday gift that I could have given myself this year. I am a hot and cold kinda person when it comes to fitness. There are days that I go hard and there are days I just stay home embrace my laziness. Since joining this group I have been super excited to work out for each say the routine is different. Each trainer brings their character and personality to each session. Overall I give the trainers 10 points. All keep the value of the brand PFTT. Always punctual! Always professional. Always encouraging!
