Precision Fitness TT (PFTT) was established on March 5, 2012, with the objective of providing a personalised outdoor fitness training service in Trinidad and Tobago.
Our programme is suited to anyone who wishes to stay fit or get in shape. It is designed to develop the overall capabilities of your body by improving your muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance, as well as your flexibility, coordination and balance.
The main types of exercises performed are:
Calisthenics/Body Weight Training
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
In addition to physical training, we provide our clients with a guide to healthy eating, as exercise and diet go hand in hand. In order to monitor your progress, periodic full body evaluations are conducted prior to, during and after the cycle, the results of which are recorded on your personal file.

Our workouts take place every day, from Monday to Thursday. At present, we conduct classes at 7 locations across Trinidad: Port of Spain, Tacarigua, Arima, San Juan, Chaguanas, San Fernando, Point Fortin.
With an intense 45-minute to 1-hour workout per day at four days a week, clients have lost up to 50 lbs on our 12-week programmes.
When it comes to workout sessions, we allow total flexibility. You can therefore alternate between classes, or even locations.
Saturday sessions are held occasionally. Clients from all 7 workout areas meet at one location. The workout begins at 6:00 am sharp, and lasts for approximately 1.5 hours. Locations include:
